Great location and helpful staff. The hotel is situated only a few minutes' walk away from the train station and close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was polite and very helpful during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had all the amenities we needed. One extra benefit was the information sheet for local restaurants. It gave us many options to choose from, and we found some great places to eat that we would never have found on our own.
The room was a little small, and there was not enough space for our luggage. It was a bit of a struggle to fit everything in, especially since we were traveling with a few bags.

Had a great thanksgiving at this modern, centrally located hotel in the heart of a bustling city of Japan. the rooms were quite spacious, clean, and bright with fast wifi connectivity and effective air conditioning. Loved the fact that there were washing machines on-site and we could do our laundry conveniently. the staff was very efficient, polite, and helpful despite their limited English. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea that were available at the lobby area and also found some good cafes and restaurants nearby that suited our tastebuds.
That there were no kettles or cups in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. We had to make our coffee or tea using the shared hot water dispenser and microwave in the lobby area.

We loved the location of this hotel, it was so close to the train station which made it easy for us to explore the city. the rooms were clean and functional, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had limited options but was good for a quick bite before heading out. the nearby Round One was a great spot for some late night entertainment.
The parking situation was a bit inconvenient and tricky to find, but we managed to find alternative options nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel close to station. The location is very convenient as it is very near to the JR station, only a five-minute walk down a partially covered wide walkway. It is also quite close to some sightseeing spots. The hotel facilities are great, and we love that its security is advanced with access card to tap from the main entrance up to the room. Cleanliness is also impeccable, and there is a schedule for cleaning every day. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
